Co-founder John Canevari will lead an interactive tasting seminar exploring the different ways to use both extra virgin olive oil and aged vinegar.
Participants will have the opportunity to take notes on the preparation and cooking process used for each dish, and to taste each recipe.
The seminar runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
